What We Help Monitor

  • FMCSA requirements
  • Insurance renewals
  • Authority monitoring
  • Safety documentation
  • Broker requirements

To be clear: compliance remains the carrier's legal responsibility. We help monitor deadlines and documentation — we are not a compliance consultancy and we do not act as your legal or safety advisor.

In practice

Why This Is The Part That Costs You Money

Compliance is the part of the business that costs nothing until it costs everything. An insurance certificate that lapses, an authority that goes inactive, a UCR filing missed — none of them are difficult, and every one of them can stop you booking freight overnight.

The reason they get missed is not carelessness. It is that the deadlines are spread across the year, they arrive by post or email while you are on the road, and nothing reminds you until something breaks.

We track the dates and tell you before they matter. To be explicit about the boundary: compliance remains your legal responsibility as the carrier. We are not a compliance consultancy, we do not act as your safety or legal advisor, and we do not file on your behalf. What we do is make sure nothing lapses because nobody was watching the calendar.

How it runs

Compliance Assistance, Step By Step

  1. 1

    Deadlines Are Logged

Insurance renewal, authority status, UCR, and any state-level requirements that apply to you.

  2. 2

    You Are Warned In Advance

Well before the date, not on it, so there is time to act while on the road.

  3. 3

    Authority Status Is Monitored

An authority that goes inactive stops you booking immediately, and carriers are often the last to know.

  4. 4

    Broker-Side Requirements Are Tracked

Individual brokers have their own certificate and documentation requirements that expire independently.

What carriers get wrong

The Mistake: Assuming Someone Else Is Watching

Insurance agents send renewal notices to an address you may not check. The FMCSA does not phone. Carriers routinely discover a lapse when a broker declines a load — by which point you are parked and losing days, not minutes.

Questions

Compliance Assistance — common questions

Do you handle my FMCSA filings for me?

No. We monitor deadlines and documentation and warn you in advance. The filings themselves, and legal responsibility for compliance, remain yours as the carrier.

Are you a compliance consultancy?

No, and we are careful to say so. We are a dispatch service that tracks dates so nothing lapses unnoticed. For regulatory advice you need a qualified compliance professional.

What happens if my authority goes inactive?

You cannot legally haul and brokers will decline you immediately. We monitor status precisely so this is caught before it costs you a week.

See It Before You Commit To Anything

We do not publish rates. The honest answer depends on your equipment, your lanes, how many trucks you run and how you like to operate — and a number posted on a page has to ignore all of that to exist at all.

What we offer instead is a free trial week. We take your operating preferences, complete your broker setups, find you a load, negotiate the rate and run the week with you. Everything described on this page is included — it is the real service, not a trimmed demonstration of it. If the week justified itself we carry on and talk terms. If not, you owe nothing and you keep the revenue from the load.

To start we need your active operating authority, a certificate of insurance and a signed W-9. With those in hand, broker carrier packets can begin the same day.
