Who we are
369 Carrier Services provides truck dispatch and carrier management services to motor carriers operating in the United States. Our office is at 669 S 39th St, Louisville, KY 40211, and you can reach us on (859) 340-1072 or at contact@369carrierservices.com. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website, and what the website collects automatically.
Information you give us
The contact form on this site asks for your name, phone number, equipment type and the number of trucks you operate. Your MC number is optional. We also record which page of the site you submitted the form from, because it tells us what you were reading when you decided to get in touch. That is the entire set of fields — the form does not ask for an email address, a physical address, a date of birth, a social security number or any financial detail, and you should be cautious of any website in this industry that does.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: the IP address a request came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser user-agent string. These are ordinary web-server records, kept for security and troubleshooting rather than marketing. We also apply a short-lived rate limit to the contact form, which holds your IP address in memory for sixty seconds to stop automated scripts from flooding the form. Nothing from that rate limit is written to permanent storage.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no tracking script on any page. Nothing is stored in your browser between visits. If that changes, this section will be updated in the same release as the change.
Analytics
No analytics or measurement tool is currently installed on this website. We have no record of which pages an individual visitor read.
How we use what you give us
We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about dispatch services and to work out whether we can usefully serve your operation. A dispatcher will call the number you provide. That is the whole reason the form exists.
Who processes your information
Your form submission is delivered to us by email through our email provider and is stored in the mailbox at contact@369carrierservices.com. Our website is hosted on a commercial cloud hosting platform, which processes the server logs described above. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions. Beyond them, nobody outside the company sees your enquiry.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise make your contact details available to third parties for their own marketing. This industry has a reputation for lead reselling — a carrier fills in one form and then fields calls from six companies for a month. We do not do that, and we will not start.
Communications you may receive
If you submit an enquiry we may contact you by phone, SMS or email about dispatch services. You are consenting to that contact by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time — tell the dispatcher on the phone, or write to us — and we will remove your details from our contact records. We do not add enquirers to unrelated marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for twelve months and then deleted, which is long enough for a carrier who called in spring to be recognised when they call back in autumn. Records relating to carriers we actually work with are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for seven years afterwards, because transportation and tax records have to be retainable. Server logs are kept for thirty days.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us or write to the address at the bottom of this page and we will deal with it. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing number of other states have specific statutory rights over their personal information, including the right to know what is collected and the right to request deletion. We apply the same process to everyone who asks, regardless of which state they are in, because operating two standards would be more work than operating one.
Call recording
We do not record inbound or outbound calls. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page and announce it at the start of the call, because several of the states we operate into require the consent of every party to a recording rather than just one.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, so anything you type into the contact form is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are delivered over an authenticated, encrypted connection to our email provider. Access to the enquiry mailbox is limited to the dispatch staff who need it. We are describing the safeguards that are actually in place; we are not going to claim certifications we do not hold.
What we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. No payment is taken through this website, so we never handle card or bank details here. We do not collect device location data. We do not fingerprint browsers.
Third-party links
This site links to external resources such as the FMCSA, the Energy Information Administration and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy
This policy was last updated in August 2026. If it changes materially we will update that date and the change will be live on this page before it takes effect.
Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints about privacy can be directed to us on (859) 340-1072 or by email to contact@369carrierservices.com, or by post to 669 S 39th St, Louisville, KY 40211. We aim to respond within five business days. Ask for the office manager rather than a dispatcher — privacy questions do not belong in a load call.
