In practice
Why This Is The Part That Costs You Money
Paperwork does not make you money. Missing paperwork costs you money — and it costs it twice, once in delayed payment and once in the hours spent chasing a document that should have been filed on delivery.
The chain is simple and unforgiving: rate confirmation, bill of lading, proof of delivery, and any lumper or accessorial receipts. One missing piece and the invoice does not go out. If you factor, one missing piece and the submission is rejected.
We collect and organise everything per load, so when it is time to invoice the package is already complete. Nothing is sitting in a cab, a glovebox, or a photo roll on a phone.
How it runs
Document Management, Step By Step
- 1
Documents Are Collected Per Load
Rate confirmation on booking, BOL at pickup, POD at delivery, receipts as they occur.
- 2
Everything Is Checked As It Arrives
A POD photographed at an angle that cuts off the signature is not a POD. Better caught the same day than three weeks later.
- 3
Files Are Organised By Load
Every document for a load lives together, retrievable when a broker disputes something months afterwards.
- 4
Invoicing Packages Are Pre-Assembled
By the time the load is complete the paperwork is already complete.
What carriers get wrong
The Mistake: The Glovebox Filing System
Signed PODs living in a folder above the visor until the end of the week is how carriers end up unpaid on loads they actually ran. Paperwork degrades, gets lost, and gets forgotten. A document sent from the dock is worth more than a perfect one found a fortnight later.
Questions
Document Management — common questions
How do I get documents to you?
Photograph them and send them. From the dock is ideal, before the paperwork goes anywhere.
What if I lose a POD?
We go back to the receiver or broker for a copy. It is recoverable, it is just slower and it delays payment — which is exactly why we push for it to be sent immediately.
How long do you keep documents?
Long enough to cover disputes and audits, which typically surface months after delivery. Retention specifics are agreed in your service agreement.

See It Before You Commit To Anything
We do not publish rates. The honest answer depends on your equipment, your lanes, how many trucks you run and how you like to operate — and a number posted on a page has to ignore all of that to exist at all.
What we offer instead is a free trial week. We take your operating preferences, complete your broker setups, find you a load, negotiate the rate and run the week with you. Everything described on this page is included — it is the real service, not a trimmed demonstration of it. If the week justified itself we carry on and talk terms. If not, you owe nothing and you keep the revenue from the load.
To start we need your active operating authority, a certificate of insurance and a signed W-9. With those in hand, broker carrier packets can begin the same day.
