Booking is where a good load turns into a bad week if the details are wrong. The rate confirmation is the contract. If the accessorial terms you negotiated are not on it, they did not happen. If the appointment window is wrong, you find out at a locked gate.
We read every rate confirmation before it is signed — not skim it. Detention terms, the exact pickup and delivery windows, whether the facility is first-come-first-served or by appointment, whether there is a lumper and who pays it, and any special requirements buried in the notes.

The rate confirmation is the only document that matters when there is a dispute. Verbal agreements about detention and lumper reimbursement evaporate the moment a load goes wrong. If it is not on the rate con, you will not be paid for it — no matter how clear the phone call was.

How fast do you book after I approve?
Immediately. Good freight does not sit while paperwork is arranged, and a load you approved twenty minutes ago may already be gone.
What if the rate confirmation does not match what was agreed?
We go back to the broker and get it corrected before anything is signed. This happens more often than carriers expect, which is exactly why the check exists.
Do I have to deal with the broker at all?
Not usually. We handle the booking, the rate confirmation and the follow-up. You get the dispatch instructions and drive.

See It Before You Commit To Anything
We do not publish rates. The honest answer depends on your equipment, your lanes, how many trucks you run and how you like to operate — and a number posted on a page has to ignore all of that to exist at all.
What we offer instead is a free trial week. We take your operating preferences, complete your broker setups, find you a load, negotiate the rate and run the week with you. Everything described on this page is included — it is the real service, not a trimmed demonstration of it. If the week justified itself we carry on and talk terms. If not, you owe nothing and you keep the revenue from the load.
To start we need your active operating authority, a certificate of insurance and a signed W-9. With those in hand, broker carrier packets can begin the same day.
